Terrain:
You will need to allow 2.5 to 4 hours to complete the full route. the trail follows a well-defined footpath over moderately inclined ground. Where a climb is required steps are provided.

Opening Times:
The trail is open seven days a week, all year round, 9.00am until dusk. If you require further information on opening times please ring the pay kiosk at the entrance to the trail on 015242 41930.

Dogs:
Dogs are allowed on the trail although they must be kept on leads in certain sections and when crossing farmland.

Safety Information:
Please read and follow all warning signs.
Suitable footwear must be worn (e.g. walking boots or strong shoes).
Children must be supervised at all times.
Please take extra care in wet weather as the footpath may be slippery.
