From Thornton Force the path continues to Raven Ray, across a footbridge
and follows the steps leading up the hillside to meet an old Roman road
leading into Kingsdale. Twisleton Lane continues via Scar End Farm and
Twisleton Hall before crossing the Chapel-le-Dale road at Beezley Farm.
This section of the trail provides spectacular views of Ingleborough –
one of the famous Yorkshire Dales ‘Three Peaks.’
